This is a lovely option for couples who want to hold onto the beauty and meaning of their wedding flowers. We take your bouquet and carefully press each flower to keep its natural shape and colour, then arrange them into a thoughtful design that reflects the feeling of your day. It’s a simple, beautiful way to turn your flowers into a piece you’ll treasure for years to come.
What makes your piece truly special:
- A handcrafted artwork made from the very flowers you carried on your wedding day- pressed and preserved with care, then arranged in a flowing, organic design.
- Framed in solid wood with traditional glass, made in Ireland. Choose from white, natural pine, rich walnut veneer or gold.
- Available in landscape, or portrait orientation, depending on your bouquet style and home décor.
- Your artwork can include subtle personal touches and enhanced colour where needed, and optional text that marks the date or place of your celebration.
Each frame is a love letter in petals and stems. It is a delicate celebration of beauty and memory, held in place forever.

FAQs
FAQs
When should I order?
We would encourage you to order as soon as you can, and add your event date to your order. This helps us to schedule your bouquet drop-off in and provide you with the best possible service.
How can I get the flowers to you?
- Drop-off: Make an appointment to drop your bouquet to our studio, which is located at SIÓG Botanicals, 3 Market Square, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare, Ireland, R51 RX93 : Make an appointment
- Ship: Ship them to us via An Post - Express Post or courier. We accept bouquets from Ireland, Northern Ireland and the European Union, but advance booking is essential. Shipping instructions here
We recommend getting the flowers to us as soon as you can to yield the best results possible and to keep them as cool as possible until you can get them to us within 5 days of the event - ideally within 2-3 days.
Do you only preserve wedding flowers?
No, we preserve and mount all types of occasion and memorial bouquets and have also done some pieces that our clients held special to them. If you have something special in mind, fill in our contact form or pop us an email, we’d be happy to discuss your ideas.
How long does the process take?
There are so many variables to the process like bloom type, condition on arrival, drying method etc that’s it’s difficult to give an exact timeframe. Usually we find that the turnaround time is anywhere from 12-16 weeks. Read our current turnaround times here.
What are my options?
The cost of preservation, artwork and framing starts at €150 and goes up to €800, depending on the number of flowers/ style of frame chosen.
What if I have an all-white bouquet?
While some preservation artists won’t accept all-white bouquets, our aim is to provide our clients with a timeless piece of art for their home, including brides with an all-white bouquet. These are the things to be aware of if you choose to preserve your all-white bouquet with us.
Will the colours be the same once dried, or fade over time?
Inevitably there will be some colour change once all moisture is removed from the flower and they are no longer fresh, but dried. Some flowers retain their vibrant colours, other fade and some even change colour completely! For example, white lisianthus will turn yellow, red roses will naturally turn a deeper shade, to a more burgundy red. It is normal that over time that blooms will fade or discolour. Blooms will change during the preservation process and will continue to fade over time. This is the beauty of it all - the natural and original value of your bouquet to keep forever.
However if you would prefer for us to colour correct so your artwork retains its colour vibrancy over time, you can request this during your design consultation at no extra cost.
What if I want to add something special into the frame?
You can add in any details for special requests in our booking form when making the booking or send us an email to hello@siogbotanicals.ie
Will you use the entire bridal bouquet?
We will dry every part of your bouquet and will use the blooms that preserved the best to create your piece.
I’ve dried my own flowers, can you do anything with them?
Yes, we have worked with some fully dried and semi dried bouquets in the past which have turned into stunning pieces. We will not be able to tell the viability until we see the blooms in person or disassemble the bouquet as it can be hard to tell from pictures the condition of the individual blooms. Learn more about already dried blooms here.
How do you dry the flowers?
We use several methods to dry your flowers, ranging from our very own luxury flower presses to carefully press individual blooms or petals to hanging foliage on one of our custom made racks to using a specialised sand to keep the structural integrity of the blooms. With over 10 years experience and 7 different methods of preservation depending on each flower, we have perfected our skill and technique to ensure you can count on professional preservation of your special flowers.
Can I return it?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our custom orders. Each piece takes a lot of time, care and attention to detail to create.
